Meta channels are compatible
Vchat integrates or includes features to manage business communications through the following Meta services, subject to availability, permissions, and authorization by each business:
Messenger
Attention to messages received by Facebook pages that a company authorizes to be connected.
Instagram Direct
Management of messages from eligible professional accounts, according to the available permissions.
WhatsApp Business
Business communication through authorized integrations of the WhatsApp Business Platform.
How connections are authorized
The company that wishes to use a channel must have a valid business account and sufficient authorization to manage it. Depending on the channel and the state of the integration's enablement, the connection can be made through a Meta authorization flow or through an assisted configuration process.
The administrator of the Vchat workspace requests to connect the corresponding channel.
The administrator accesses the available official mechanisms and authorizes the assets and permissions that the service requires.
Vchat validates the authorized assets and the communication with the channel when it is technically possible.
The company can request the disconnection and also revoke permissions from the corresponding official Meta tools.
Vchat It does not require users to share their personal passwords from Facebook or Instagram to grant access to your accounts through an official login.
What information can be processed
According to the channel, the permissions granted and the functions enabled, Vchat can receive or process:
